By creating an account, purchasing a license, or otherwise using elusive's services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
elusive provides externally hosted, hardware-based (DMA) software licensed for use with specific third-party target processes. The Service operates outside the target process's own memory space and does not modify, inject into, or hook the target application.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any device ("HWID") binding associated with your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are strictly personal, one account per person unless expressly permitted by a reseller agreement.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for the duration of your active subscription, on a single bound device.

All fees are due at the time of purchase. Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise at the point of sale, purchases are final and non-refundable once a license has been activated or redeemed. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting support may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining subscription time.
Third-party target software is updated at the discretion of its own publisher, and anti-cheat systems evolve continuously. We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility and minimize detection risk, but we do not and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with any specific target software version, or that the Service will remain undetected at all times. Use of the Service in connection with any third-party software is entirely at your own risk and may violate that software's own terms of service.
In addition to the restrictions above, you may not use the Service to violate any applicable law, harass others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Service's normal operation (including automated abuse of our servers or support channels).
We may suspend or terminate your account, license, or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse (including multi-accounting to evade a ban), or if required to do so by law. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, elusive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of access to third-party software, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
